The Bucharest Municipal Thermal Energy Company informs that the heating system operates at a capacity of 87%, with 1,060 deficient blocks and 1.49% of buildings shut down. Most of the failures are concentrated in sector 2, but sectors 5 and 6 are also affected, including Fundeni Hospital. Intervention teams are working around the clock to resolve the issues, and some failures will be addressed by Saturday evening, while in certain areas hot water will only be available on October 15.
