The National Museum of Romanian History received 2,612 visitors over the recent weekend, attracted by the exhibition of the Helmet from Coșofeni and the two Dacian bracelets recovered following the theft from the Drents Museum in Assen in 2025. The artifacts can be admired until May 3, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

After this date, the helmet will undergo restoration, with specialists deciding to display it in a horizontal position, on a conservation pillow, to ensure its stability.

The restoration will include reattaching the right cheek piece, which detached following a previous intervention in 2019, and restoring the helmet to its original diameter. MNIR emphasizes the importance of the public seeing the helmet in its current state before restoration, with the aim of reintegrating it into the Historical Treasure exhibition once the conservation interventions are completed.
