Bucharest's new subway line, with the North Station - Progresul Station section, will have 13 stations and a length of about 12 km. The project, worth 17 billion lei, will be financed by non-reimbursable external funds and will last 50 months. It will facilitate the link between rail transport and the urban area, helping to reduce CO2 emissions and road accidents, thus improving passenger mobility.
