The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, announced that the Government has approved the allocation of 1.9 billion lei from the budget reserve fund for supplementing the budget of the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAS).

This measure is essential for ensuring the continuity of funding in health until the end of the year, preventing delays in the reimbursement of compensated and free medications, as well as in treatments from national health programs. Rogobete emphasizes that the decision will prevent blockages in the health system and will reduce legal risks generated by payment delays. He also thanks the Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, for the collaboration, stating that health cannot be put on hold and that rapid interventions are necessary to protect patients.
