The girl who died at a dental clinic in Bucharest had complex chronic conditions.

A two-year-old girl died Thursday evening during a dental procedure at a private clinic in Bucharest, after going into cardiac arrest during the administration of general anesthesia. According to the preliminary conclusions of the autopsy performed at the National Institute of Legal Medicine "Mina Minovici", the death occurred in a patient with a complex pre-existing chronic pathology, which may have contributed to the tragic evolution of the event. Investigations are ongoing by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal and the police, to determine the factors that led to the death.
