Artifex Interior Systems Limited from the United Kingdom, controlled by Tata Autocomp Systems from India, will acquire IAC Group (Slovakia), specialized in interior automotive components. The Competition Council evaluated the transaction and concluded that it will not negatively affect competition in the Romanian market. The authorization decision will be published on the competition authority's website.
