The National Road Investment Company (CNIR) has only 73 employees out of 320 planned, according to director Gabriel Budescu, who emphasizes digitalization as a way to make it more efficient.

In terms of salaries, CNIR does not offer bonuses for harmful conditions, only bonuses for implementing projects with European funds.
