CNIR, headed by Gabriel Budescu, is in a unique situation, with only 73 employees out of a planned 320, one year after its creation. Budescu says there is no need for reorganization, as it has a lean structure and is awaiting projects from the ministry. The company has implemented digitization in its activities, including applications for resource management and project information. In terms of salaries, CNIR does not offer bonuses for harmful conditions, only bonuses for implementing projects with European funds.
