The National Bank of Romania is launching a silver coin dedicated to Constantin Tănase, marked by 145 years since his birth. The obverse features a summer theater and verses by George Ranetti, while the reverse includes Tănase's portrait. With a mintage of 5,000 pieces, the coin will be sold at a price of 620 lei (excluding VAT) and will have legal tender status in Romania. The launch will take place through BNR branches in several cities.
