TAROM shareholders, including the Ministry of Transport, have approved the doubling of the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors from 12,500 lei to 24,148 lei gross/month. This decision was supported by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in the context of TAROM facing significant losses of more than 3 billion lei over the last 15 years. The company hopes to post a profit of 278 million lei in 2024, after a period of management with provisional administrators.
