The shareholders of the National Nuclear Power Company Nuclearelectrica decided, during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGOA), to distribute gross dividends totaling 1.179 billion lei from the net profit for the financial year 2025. The gross dividend was set at 3.91068407 lei per share. The registration date for shareholders was set for June 23, 2026, and the payment of dividends will begin on July 13, 2026. The decision was adopted with the majority of votes, 28,999,676 'for' and 3,854,861 'against', with the main supporter being the Ministry of Energy, the majority shareholder. In the same meeting, the shareholders also approved the Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the year 2026. The AGOA took place at the company's headquarters in Bucharest, with the participation of 46 shareholders, representing 10.89183% of the share capital.
