A fire broke out in an apartment on Dacia Boulevard in Craiova

A strong fire broke out in an apartment located on Dacia Boulevard in Craiova, causing panic among residents. Emergency crews intervened, evacuating the residents and reinforcing the forces on site.

Two fire trucks equipped with water and foam, as well as a SMURD ambulance, participated in the intervention. Subsequently, an additional fire truck for water and foam was sent, along with a rescue vehicle for heights.

The firefighters managed to evacuate two people from the building, while another 12 exited on their own. So far, no victims or injured persons have been reported. Authorities continue to monitor the situation.
