The Cluj police arrested a man wanted on an international warrant and two women who had committed shoplifting after they ignored the red traffic light.

A 28-year-old man, wanted internationally, and two women from Mureș County were caught by Cluj police after the vehicle they were in ran a red light on Nicolae Titulescu Boulevard in Cluj-Napoca. In the vehicle, the police discovered stolen goods from a shopping center, including clothes, footwear, and cosmetic products with anti-theft security systems.

The two women, aged 32 and 34, are suspected of stealing a women's handbag and cosmetic products, with the total damage estimated at approximately 1,500 lei. After being detained for 24 hours, the women were released and placed under judicial control for 60 days. The man was taken to the police station for further legal procedures.
