Serious accident in Călărași: 12 injured, including children, after a collision between a bus and a truck.

On Thursday, on DN 21, in Călărași County, a serious accident occurred between a bus and a truck, resulting in 12 injured, including minors.

The authorities activated the Red Intervention Plan, and traffic is stopped in the direction towards Slobozia, near the locality of Drajna Nouă. At the time of the accident, there were 60 people on the bus, and the truck was transporting radiators.

According to ISU Călărași, all 12 victims are conscious and have suffered minor injuries. Seven medical teams are intervening at the scene, including two rescue vehicles for extrication. The authorities have requested a helicopter to transport a seriously injured victim.
