Four of the occupants suffered multiple fractures and traumas, while the other two escaped unharmed. The mountain rescuers and SMURD teams are carrying out a difficult intervention to evacuate the victims from a hard-to-access mountainous area, where ambulances cannot reach. The mission is complicated by the rugged terrain, and the injured must be carefully lowered to avoid worsening their injuries. Several teams have been mobilized on site, including SMURD ambulances and a first intervention vehicle. The victims were in a vehicle with all-wheel drive, but it was not a vehicle specifically designed for off-road use.
