The Prosecutor's Office next to the Braila Tribunal has ordered the seizure of a house, two apartments, two plots of land, and two luxury cars, to guarantee the recovery of a damage estimated at 1.8 million lei, caused by tax evasion. The investigation targets two administrators of the company R.T.C. SRL, accused of registering 579 false tax invoices between 2014 and 2019, which led to a reduction in tax obligations. The assets were transferred by the defendants immediately after the cessation of criminal activity, to avoid civil liability. The indictment has been sent to the Braila Tribunal for resolution.
