In Covasna County, a school minibus was stopped on DN 10 during the Truck&Bus operation, having 31 children on board, which represents double the maximum allowed capacity of 16 seats. The Romanian Police emphasized that such situations are not just violations, but constitute real dangers to the safety of children, including risks such as overcrowding and the lack of seat belts for all passengers.

The driver, a 45-year-old man, was tested with a breathalyzer, and the result was negative. He was fined with four contraventional fines, totaling 7,822.5 lei, and the minibus's registration certificate was retained. The Truck&Bus operation, carried out between November 17 and 23, aims to ensure compliance with legal norms regarding the transport of people and goods.
