The Russian Federation intensified this morning, the attacks on civilian and infrastructure targets in Ukraine, near the river border with Romania. According to a statement from the Ministry of National Defense (MApN), a group of twenty Russian aerial drones was detected by MApN radars in the direction of the locality of Ismail, Ukraine. Following this threat, two F-16 aircraft from the 86th Air Base Borcea Fetești were launched to ensure air security. Additionally, ISU Tulcea issued a Ro-Alert message, mentioning the temporary incursion of a drone into national airspace, in the Chilia area. Explosions were reported on the Ukrainian bank of the Danube, and the air alert was lifted at 02:50. MApN emphasized that it informs allied structures in real-time about the situations generated by these attacks, maintaining constant contact with them.
