The National Forest Administration – Romsilva provided details about the forest road D66 F002 in the Băneasa forest, following information from the report of the Control Body of the Ministry of Environment. The road, with a length of 1,522 meters, was put into use in 1974 and has not been returned or removed from the forest fund. It is managed by the Bucharest Forestry District and is listed as 'forest and recreational road'.
Romsilva corrected a material error from 1991, which affected the representation of the road on maps, through a forestry arrangement from 2020. Recent works have been maintenance, not construction, and are financed from its own funds, with the recovery of expenses through a civil toll contract. Romsilva emphasizes that the road has not been decommissioned or removed from the records of the forest fund.
