The two Romanians, aged 34 and 22, were arrested in flagrante delicto for attempted robbery in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Three other Romanians were detained by the carabinieri in southern Italy for their involvement in the theft of several copper coils from two railway lines. The group was involved in several copper thefts in Italy.
