Ovidiu Daniel Pintilii, 38, was abandoned in Germany by the carrier who was supposed to take him home. Without a phone, money or a change of clothes, and unable to speak German or English, he asked in vain for help. He was recognized by another Romanian, thanks to reports of his disappearance on Facebook.
