The television station Romania TV was sanctioned by the National Audiovisual Council (CNA) with a fine of 1,000 euros, following the inappropriate behavior of guest Dumitru Pelican, who verbally attacked representatives of USR and PNL, including through threats. The show's presenter, Simona Gheorghe, stated that she tried to intervene, but her interventions were deemed insufficient by the CNA.

Dumitru Pelican had an aggressive attitude, making insulting statements and threatening other guests, which led to the decision not to invite him to the station's shows anymore, at least temporarily. The moderator explained that she avoided his exclusion from the show for fear of escalating the conflict. The CNA concluded that Romania TV was responsible for the situation created.
