Road accident on the A2 Highway, in the Cernavodă area / six cars involved; one person injured

A road accident involving six cars occurred on Sunday on the A2 Bucharest-Constanta Highway, in the area of Cernavoda.

According to the Romanian Police Traffic Center, one person was injured and medical investigations are being carried out at the scene. Traffic is restricted on lanes 1 and 2 in the direction of Constanta - Bucharest, and traffic is congested on the emergency lane, with high traffic volumes.

Police recommend drivers to adjust their speed, be attentive to lane changes, and maintain distance between vehicles, avoiding distractions while driving. Additionally, drivers are advised to use alternative routes available through navigation applications.
