The updated hydrological warning from INHGA forecasts flood risks in the counties of Constanța and Tulcea, with an active red code on Tuesday at 21:00, until Wednesday at 24:00. Additionally, orange and yellow codes target other counties in Romania, with possible flash floods and increases in water flow.
