INHGA has issued a red flood warning for the rivers in Constanța and Tulcea, valid from Tuesday evening until Wednesday night.

The updated hydrological warning from INHGA forecasts flood risks in the counties of Constanța and Tulcea, with an active red code on Tuesday at 21:00, until Wednesday at 24:00. Additionally, orange and yellow codes target other counties in Romania, with possible flash floods and increases in water flow. Citizens are advised to avoid traveling in exposed areas and to protect their belongings.
