Recorder has announced that it will file a lawsuit against Romania TV, accusing the television station controlled by Sebastian Ghiță of broadcasting a false statement. Cristian Delcea, the editor of Recorder, stated that Romania TV claimed that Florian Coldea, former deputy chief of SRI, would finance the publication, a statement he considers completely unfounded. Although Recorder promotes the right to free expression, Delcea emphasized that it is necessary to take measures against such statements, which do not reflect reality. Additionally, Romania TV recently characterized a march for justice organized after the release of the documentary 'Captured Justice' as a 'coup', linking it again to Florian Coldea. These accusations have sparked outrage among the journalists at Recorder.
