The police of the Ilfov Economic Crime Investigation Service conducted 16 searches in Bucharest and the counties of Ilfov, Ialomița, and Brașov, targeting ride-sharing companies and individuals suspected of tax evasion. The investigation revealed that two individuals, recording fictitious fuel purchases worth over 6.3 million lei, caused a damage of 2,297,906 lei.

Additionally, they allegedly concealed 132,596 overtime hours worked by employees. The action was coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Ilfov Tribunal, with the support of the Ilfov Special Actions Service, the General Directorate of Police of Bucharest, and the gendarmes. The suspected individuals will be heard to take the necessary legal measures.
