Radu Marinescu emphasized that although Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan has proposed a retirement age of 65 and a maximum pension of 70% of the last net salary, the Ministry of Justice has not initiated a draft law. He noted that a draft is already being debated in Parliament and that a step-by-step approach is needed to avoid legal attacks.
