Radu Marinescu emphasized that there is no strike in justice and urged magistrates to be responsible. At a meeting with representatives of the judicial system, he announced the formation of an inter-institutional working group to address issues in justice, although the magistrates of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Superior Council of Magistracy boycotted the discussions. The draft of the service pensions was not discussed, and the minister reiterated the importance of institutional dialogue. The objectives of the government program include reducing the duration of trials and streamlining the activity of the courts.
