Radu Marinescu emphasized that there is no strike in justice and urged magistrates to be responsible. At a meeting with representatives of the judicial system, he announced the formation of an inter-institutional working group to address issues in justice, although the magistrates of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Superior Council of Magistracy boycotted the discussions.
