The RA-APPS villa in Aviatorilor, which is under renovation, will be transferred from the public domain to the private domain of the state, in order to be rented. The decision was announced by the Government spokesperson, Ioana Dogioiu, and comes after the public has been discussing the possible award of the building to President Klaus Iohannis. So far, RA-APPS has spent almost 14 million lei to rehabilitate the villa, which was previously intended as an official residence for former heads of state.
