The Secretary General of the Government, Dan Reșitnec, announced on Monday the introduction of new performance criteria for the Autonomous Administration - Administration of the State Protocol Heritage (RA-APPS).
These measures come in the context of scandals related to the management of state heritage, which has often been associated with privileges for politicians. Among the new requirements are the transparent communication of the investment program, the separation of commercial activities from protocol activities, the streamlining of unprofitable branches, and the increase of revenues generated by protocol houses.
Additionally, there will be a focus on reducing properties that generate losses and adhering to reporting deadlines. Dan Reșitnec emphasized that, from now on, the management of RA-APPS will be responsible for results, highlighting that state heritage must be managed in the interest of citizens.
