In the resignation document, Florin requests that it be taken into consideration, specifying that he will cease parliamentary activity on November 7, 2025. Mircea Florin holds the position of deputy leader of the PSD Group in the Chamber of Deputies, and his resignation will lead to the vacancy of this position. The plenary of the Chamber of Deputies will need to discuss and approve this resignation in the upcoming period.
