The project aims to integrate incarcerated individuals into the business environment of Cluj County, with the goal of reducing the risk of recidivism. During the conference, Radu Marinescu emphasized the interest of representatives from HoReCa in this initiative, which includes monitoring through electronic bracelets. Additionally, a collaboration protocol was signed with 'Babeș-Bolyai' University for the professional training of staff in the penitentiary system, promoting modern training methods and integration into professional networks.
