During the conference, Radu Marinescu emphasized the interest of representatives from HoReCa in this initiative, which includes monitoring through electronic bracelets. Additionally, a collaboration protocol was signed with 'Babeș-Bolyai' University for the professional training of staff in the penitentiary system, promoting modern training methods and integration into professional networks.
