ELCEN announced that it delivers thermal agent at optimal parameters, however, Termoenergetica contradicted this statement, mentioning that the flow of 5,350 t/h is insufficient for winter, requesting a flow of 8,000-8,500 t/h. Additionally, the pressure of 2.7 bar is below the necessary value of 3.6-4 bar. Termoenergetica emphasized that, although the supply temperature is respected, the lack of flow and pressure prevents the delivery of the thermal agent to apartments. Approximately 3,500 properties in the Capital, especially in sectors 2 and 3, are affected by the poor supply of hot water and heating. ELCEN communicated that the technical incident at CET Sud has been resolved, but specified that the dysfunctions in the apartments are not caused by its activity, but by the state of the distribution network.
