In an interview on DigiFM, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan discussed the responsibility of Cătălin Predoiu in the context of the amendments to the justice laws, stating that he cannot judge a minister who has good results at the Ministry of Internal Affairs for managing a system that has not had responsibility for four years. Bolojan emphasized the importance of establishing accountability in achieving results, mentioning that the application of laws depends on the quality of the people who implement them.

He also addressed the responsibility of Lia Savonea, the president of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, stating that he will draw conclusions after analyzing the working group, but emphasized that the Minister of Justice has few levers of intervention.
