The interim Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragoș Pîslaru, announced on Facebook on Friday that two milestones from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) have been achieved. These reforms, adopted during the meeting of the Executive led by Ilie Bolojan, aim for a more responsible administration towards citizens and nature.
Milestone 407, the Strategy for Better Regulation 2026-2034, will allow for data-driven decision-making and citizen involvement in the consultation process through the e-Consultation Platform.
Milestone 31, the National Strategy for Biodiversity Conservation 2026-2030, establishes measures for protecting natural heritage, including the expansion of protected areas and the integration of biodiversity into agricultural and infrastructure decisions. Pîslaru emphasizes that the PNRR is not limited to financial investments but includes essential reforms for transparency and state accountability. The government has approved these strategies to ensure Romania's alignment with international standards.
