The Liberals reacted to the decision of the Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) to suspend 11 decisions of the Bolojan Government, stating that this risks jeopardizing access to essential European funds and affecting vulnerable categories, such as young people and persons with disabilities. Although the PSD contested 12 decisions, one was withdrawn by the Prime Minister. The PNL announced that the executive will appeal the CAB decision.
The PNL Press Office emphasized that the suspension of the measures will directly affect over 5,400 adults with disabilities and will delay the achievement of the milestones assumed through the PNRR. The PNL accused the PSD of undermining the achievements of the Bolojan Government and highlighted that the responsibility for the suspension of the decisions lies with the social democrats. The party reaffirmed the importance of these measures for the integration of vulnerable persons and for fulfilling Romania's European commitments.
