Two parents from Dâmbovița have been placed in preventive custody for beating their son's babysitter after she scolded the child during an outing.

Two spouses from Dâmbovița County, parents of an eight-year-old student, have been placed in preventive custody on charges of assaulting their son's teacher, following an incident that occurred on August 8.

They reacted violently after the teacher, 48 years old, reprimanded the boy during a trip to Predeal. Upset by the scolding, the child called home to complain to his parents. Upon the return of the bus, the mother and father waited for the teacher and began to hit her with their fists and palms.

During the altercation, two girls aged 7 and 8, who were nearby, were injured. The police intervened, and the couple was detained for 24 hours and subsequently presented to the Găești Court, where they received preventive arrest warrants for 30 days.
