In the first 24 hours since the launch of the platform fara-hartie.gov.ro, over 1,000 complaints have been submitted, highlighting the urgency of debureaucratization and digitization in Romania, said Deputy Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu.
She highlighted the difficulties faced by citizens in their interactions with the state, such as unnecessary trips and excessive bureaucratic requirements. The platform allows users to report bureaucratic issues, which are then analyzed and published transparently, with a progress tracking system.
Gheorghiu promised that each complaint will be treated seriously, prioritizing issues that affect a large number of people. The goal is for citizens to be treated with respect and professionalism in their relationship with state institutions.
