Orange Business, the division dedicated to companies of the French leader in telecommunications, has announced the launch of "Orange Drone Guardian", a solution for detecting intrusive drones. This specifically targets operators of vital importance, such as those in energy, to protect sensitive installations. Orange intends to install sensors around these locations, collaborating with Hologarde, a subsidiary specialized in anti-drone combat. The systems already installed in France allow for the capture of drone signals, but the solution is limited to detection, with clients having the responsibility to call authorities for the neutralization of intrusive drones. Orange also aims to expand this service internationally, especially in Eastern European countries, and is counting on an annual revenue growth of 7% in the coming years.
