The police officers of the Prahova County Police Inspectorate, coordinated by the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office next to the Ploiești Court, are carrying out a large operational action this morning, executing 17 search warrants in Prahova County. The action targets the workplaces of two commercial companies, as well as the homes of individuals suspected of criminal activities related to the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
The investigations focus on crimes such as failure to take or comply with waste management measures, as well as abandonment or concealment of waste, acts provided for by current legislation.
