Nicușor Dan emphasized that recovering green spaces "unfortunately takes time and costs money". He noted that the loss of these green spaces has also led to an extremely high densification of the city, without respecting certain rules, such as the construction of thousands of apartments without school infrastructure. The mayor also spoke about the need to respect building rules, as there are sectors that do not respect any building rules.
