The President of Romania, Nicușor Dan, will make an official visit to Armenia on May 3-4, where he will participate in a series of meetings and summits dedicated to security, energy, and European cooperation. He will take part in the eighth meeting of the European Political Community, with the theme "Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe."
The summit brings together European leaders for discussions on security and stability. On the president's agenda is co-chairing a roundtable on democratic resilience and combating hybrid threats, alongside the leader of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović.
Additionally, Nicușor Dan will participate in the meeting of the Coordination Group for the Republic of Moldova and in discussions about the Vertical Gas Corridor, a strategic project aimed at reducing the region's energy dependence. Romania's participation in the summit in Yerevan underscores the country's active role in European discussions.
