Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also confirmed his participation in this event. The Council was initially proposed as part of a plan to end the conflict between Israel and Hamas and received a mandate from the UN Security Council. Although its purpose remains unclear, it is expected to address other global conflicts as well. Romania received an official invitation to become a member, but with a fee of one billion dollars.
