Important rectors from both countries participated in the event, including Prof. Dr. Liviu George Maha, who stressed collaboration with the Republic of Moldova to strengthen Romanian education.
Emil Cieban, the president of the Council of Rectors of the Republic of Moldova, mentioned the progress in relations between the universities of the two countries. Sorin Câmpeanu emphasized the role of universities in the European context and the importance of investing in research, promoting public-private partnerships to support educational development and applied research.
