Nicușor Dan said that it is hard to believe that Ponta and Antonescu, who have done nothing to fight corruption for 35 years, will be able to bring quick changes in Romania: "In my opinion it is difficult to believe that someone who has not done anything for 35 years will do something starting tomorrow"

During a conference, independent candidate Nicușor Dan criticized candidates Crin Antonescu and Victor Ponta, saying that it is hard to believe that they will bring significant changes in Romania, given their past in protecting corruption. He presented his 60-point "Vision for Romania" program, stressing the importance of the candidates' previous actions. Dan highlighted the problems in the Romanian public administration, emphasizing the need to co-opt private sector specialists to improve the efficiency of the state.
