Nicolae Rașiu, at the age of 77 and the youngest of the sons of former politician Ion Rașiu, has decided to withdraw from the Riverside Residence real estate business. This initiative was launched 10 years ago, in collaboration with two millionaire families from Belgium, with the goal of building 2,000 houses near Bucharest. Rașiu's withdrawal from this project marks a significant change in the direction of the business, which has been ambitious in the Romanian real estate sector. Information about this decision was obtained by Profit.ro.
