The draft legislation proposed by the pro-European parties makes it easier for motorbikes and mopeds to use public transport lanes, allowing them to overtake vehicles without violating traffic markings. They can also move between columns of stopped vehicles, and parking on the pavement is allowed within 1 meter for pedestrians. The measures are designed to improve traffic flow and protect vulnerable road users.
