Minister Ciprian Șerban discussed with the mayors of Bucharest about the reconfiguration of the North Station, focused on intermodality and urban regeneration.

The meeting discussed the City Hall's preliminary proposal for the modernization of the North Station, which includes the development of an intermodal hub and the creation of green spaces. The final solution will be chosen through an international competition and inter-institutional collaboration will be formalized through a protocol. Ciprian Șerban believes that these initiatives are essential for modernizing Bucharest's transport infrastructure and transforming Gării de Nord into a European intermodal hub.
