A 17-year-old minor was detained for 24 hours after assaulting another teenager with a knife at a bus station in Cluj-Napoca.

A 17-year-old teenager was detained by police for 24 hours after he assaulted another minor, also 17 years old, at a bus station in Cluj-Napoca.

The incident occurred on January 28, when the aggressor repeatedly pushed the victim and stabbed him with a cutting-stabbing object in the hand. The victim suffered injuries and required medical attention.

The police, under the coordination of the case prosecutor, detained the aggressor, who was taken to a Detention and Preventive Arrest Center. Investigations are ongoing to establish the necessary legal measures.
