Increasing the teaching norm by two hours per week will facilitate student interaction with regular teachers. About 98.6% of teachers have remained in the same units, while 1.4% will constitute their norms from other schools. The ministry is looking at reducing bureaucracy and ensuring that teaching norms do not fragment. Next week, rules for substitutes and hours available for hourly pay will be distributed.
