The Minister of Finance, Alexandru Nazare, said that the digitalization of ANAF is essential and that Romania has the chance to complete this project with the help of 600 million euro funds negotiated through the PNRR. He highlighted the progress already made, such as the implementation of cash registers, which brought €100 million to the state budget. Nazare stressed the need to overcome past inertia and encouraged the completion of this project by the end of next year.
